Eight sheet strip cut shredder without basket

Last refresh 2026-11-03

This listing describes a professional strip-cut shredder that is sold without a wastebasket. It is designed to be placed on top of a bin you already own, making it a space-saving choice for small offices. The adjustable arms allow it to fit securely over various sizes of trash cans. It can shred up to 8 sheets of paper in a single pass.

The strip-cut mechanism is a straightforward way to dispose of non-sensitive documents, junk mail, and credit cards. It is a manual-feed machine that is easy to operate with a simple switch. Because it does not have a dedicated bin, it is very portable and can be stored in a drawer or on a shelf when it is not being used.

Safety features include overheat protection to keep the motor from getting too hot during use. This model is a practical solution for those who only need to shred occasionally and want to use their existing office furniture. It provides a basic level of document destruction for home use or light office tasks without taking up much floor space.
